We are pleased to announce that Karima Amlani has been promoted to the position of Senior Associate within our Insurance Litigation department.
Karima joined Flint Bishop in July 2021 as a Solicitor within the Credit Hire team. With over 20 years of litigation experience, she has successfully managed a diverse caseload of motor fraud and credit hire matters, and quickly established herself as an invaluable member of the department.
Over the past few years, Karima has showcased her dedication, exceptional skills, and commitment to delivering outstanding results. Having previously been promoted to Associate on 01 December 2022, her journey with the firm has been marked by continuous growth and accomplishment.
In the last 12 months, Karima has demonstrated her leadership by delivering a series of monthly clinics and multiple training sessions on litigation awareness for the firm’s largest insurer clients. These efforts have instilled confidence in our clients and elevated our team’s capabilities.
Karima has not only demonstrated excellence in her legal practice but has also played a pivotal role in mentoring and developing her colleagues through regular communications, centralised reporting, and further in-house training sessions. Her supervisory skills have contributed significantly to the enhancement of her colleagues’ technical knowledge, case handling abilities, and overall performance.
Furthermore, Karima’s analytical prowess has played a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of management information delivered to our clients. She has excelled in designing precedents and workflows including Brief to Counsel, Legal Savings Forms and Fast Track and Small Claims Directions, along with providing strategic advice that aligns seamlessly with clients’ procedures in claims management.
Both Karima’s clients and colleagues consistently praise her for her positive impact on collaborative engagement in credit hire litigated matters and her contributions have been instrumental in strengthening relationships between our insurer clients and Flint Bishop.
