Mollie Wynn has been promoted to Designated Debt Recovery Manager and Sophie Rock has taken on a Team Leader position.

In her new role, Mollie will be a day-to-day senior contact for a number of clients. She will be responsible for the initial set-up of new projects, outlining and building bespoke workflows, setting up reporting, and assisting Natalie Lloyd-Nash and Catherine Marksman with the management of the various teams who handle the files. In addition, Mollie will also continue to run her own caseload of contested, high-value, and complex debt matters from the pre-legal process through to enforcement.

Since joining the firm in 2018, Mollie has gained a wealth of knowledge on the more technical aspects of the business energy industry and has played an important role in winning four of the ‘Big Six’ energy companies as clients over the past couple of years.

Her tenacious approach to recovering debts coupled with her ability to establish a strong rapport with her clients and team, makes Mollie an invaluable member of the department.

Sophie started at Flint Bishop as a debt recovery legal assistant in July 2021, after achieving a first in her LLB in Law with Business, and a distinction in her LPC.

Soon after joining she was given the opportunity to trial a supervisory role, overseeing a team of call handlers within the department. During this time, she showed a clear aptitude for leadership, utilising her knowledge and skills for the benefit of her colleagues and the department.

Sophie’s new role as team leader will see her supervising the day-to-day work and operations of her Debt Recovery team and working closely with Natalie, Catherine and Mollie on departmental matters, ensuring a smooth process between pre and post-litigation matters, as well as running her own senior-level caseload.
