Flint Bishop has made a key senior appointment with Nomaan Tahir joining as Head of Commercial Finance, reinforcing our focus on commercial insight and strategic growth.
The appointment marks a key step in strengthening our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) capability, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to embedding high-quality financial insight, forward-looking analysis, and robust commercial decision support at the heart of its growth strategy.
Tahir is an ACCA-qualified finance professional with extensive experience in driving business performance across both high-growth and established organisations. Renowned for his strong commercial acumen and ability to act as a trusted business partner, he brings a proven track record in translating complex financial data into strategic insight to support investment, pricing, and growth decisions.
He joins us from The Ricoh Group, where he served as Senior Finance Business Partner and effectively acted as the number two for Ricoh Digital Experiences (RDx), a start-up within Ricoh Europe. In this role, he played a central part in shaping commercial strategy through financial modelling, pricing analysis, and forecasting.
Prior to Ricoh, Tahir held several senior commercial finance and analyst roles at Aston Martin Lagonda, Vax Ltd, and GSK, giving him broad exposure to complex, fast-paced, consumer-driven environments where FP&A played a critical role in managing growth, risk, and investment decisions.
In his new role, Tahir will be responsible for strengthening our FP&A framework, leading planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across the firm.
Qamer Ghafoor, Chief Executive, commented:
“I am delighted to welcome Nomaan to the firm. His arrival represents a significant senior appointment for Flint Bishop that strengthens our FP&A and commercial capability. Nomaan will play an integral role in ensuring financial insight sits at the core of how we operate and grow, helping us make better-informed decisions, manage resources effectively, and support our long-term strategic objectives.”
