Flint Bishop is delighted to announce further expansion of its Debt Recovery Team with the addition of three highly experienced professionals.
Shane Dolby | Team Leader: Shane brings a wealth of experience to the team. His extensive career includes leadership positions at Shires Financial Services, The Money Shop, Provident Personal Credit, and most recently, Shelby Finance Limited, where he served as Operational Teams Manager. Shane will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the exceptional performance of Collections Advisors, and collaborating closely with Debt Recovery Managers and the Head of Debts Services.
Steve Lilley | Learning & Development Trainer: With a background that spans Vision Express, Amplifon, and Shelby Finance Limited, where he served as a Learning and Development Facilitator, Steve brings a diverse skill set to the role. His responsibilities include designing and delivering tailored training programs, leading onboarding and induction initiatives, and supporting colleagues in meeting quality assurance targets through the creation of individual learning plans and training materials aligned with client expectations and marketplace best practices.
Rachael Gibney | Quality Assurance Assistant: With previous roles at Vision Express, Nelsons Solicitors, and Shelby Finance Limited as a Quality Assurance Analyst, Rachael’s expertise lies in conducting regular reviews of files and call recordings, analyzing complaints, and identifying trends and risks. In her new role, Rachael will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing the quality of services offered by the Debt Recovery Team.
