Following a change in management structure, we have very ambitious strategies to strengthen and grow the firm.

Due to a major growth strategy and to accommodate a number of new national client wins, our recruitment drive spans across nine departments for all levels of staff.

In an overhaul to our management structure, Andrew Cochrane has taken over as Senior Partner, Qamer Ghafoor as Managing Partner for Commercial Services and Ian Beardmore as Managing Partner for Private Client services.

Many of the new hires will be within our Insurance and Dispute Resolution teams, which are both led by Qamer Ghafoor.

There are also roles available within our Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts team, which is the largest of its kind in Derby; in our Property team, whose high profile deals circa £10-£80m; and in our Family & Matrimonial team, which has a knowledgeable team whose work spans across the East Midlands.

Qamer Ghafoor commented on the recruitment drive:

“We are delighted to be embarking on this recruitment, drive which will accommodate our growth strategy as we take on more clients and target new areas of work. Our growth in the past few months alone evidences why we are ranked number 76 in the top 200 fastest-growing companies in the East Midlands. Without our staff, we would not be in the strong position we are today. Their hard work and dedication to providing excellent and on-going client care enable us to continue to enhance our reputation across the East Midlands and further afield. We have an exciting, yet challenging, few years ahead of us and now is a great time to be part of it.”
