We are delighted to announce that Aneela Saleem, Jessica Ryan-Dawkins, and Robert Devine have all completed their training contracts and qualified as solicitors between 02 and 08 September. Each will continue their careers with the firm in their respective departments: Insurance Litigation, Commercial Property, and Corporate & Finance.

These achievements reflect our ongoing commitment to developing and investing in our future legal talent. Earlier this year, George Ottewell and Sophie Rock also qualified, joining the Corporate & Finance and Commercial Property departments.

Qamer Ghafoor, Chief Executive, said:

“Our trainee solicitors are an integral part of the firm’s future, and it is always a proud moment to see them qualify. Aneela, Jessica, and Robert have each demonstrated exceptional dedication, talent, and commercial awareness, and I look forward to seeing their careers flourish as they continue to play an important role in delivering results for our clients.”

Aneela Saleem commented:

“Qualifying as a solicitor has been a long-held ambition, and I am grateful for the support and opportunities I have had at Flint Bishop. I am excited to continue developing my career in Insurance Litigation and to contribute to the team’s ongoing success.”

Jessica Ryan-Dawkins said:

“The support and guidance I have received from colleagues throughout my training contract has been invaluable. I am looking forward to building on that experience as I take the next step in my career within the Commercial Property team.”

Robert Devine added:

“Working within the Executive and Corporate & Finance teams has provided me with a great platform for exposure and growth. Qualifying as a Corporate lawyer now marks the start of an exciting new chapter, and I am eager to continue contributing to the department and wider firm’s success.

In addition to these newly qualified solicitors, the Flint Bishop Law Academy currently has seven trainees progressing through their contracts across a range of departments, including Debt Services, Finance Dispute Resolution, Commercial Dispute Resolution, and Insurance Litigation. The Academy will further expand this October with four new trainees starting their training contracts, continuing the firm’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of solicitors.
