Employment solicitors
Our Employment team is well-established, with a strong reputation for providing commercial and pragmatic employment and HR support to a wide array of organisations, from family-run owner-managed businesses through to educational establishments and global PLCs.
We frequently advise our clients on contract and policy writing, disciplinaries, sickness and absence issues, capability issues, redundancies and restructures, unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, implementing and managing restrictive covenants, TUPE support and issuing bulk settlement agreements.
The diverse experience and expertise within the team enables us to advise on even the most complex of employment issues, including defending employers at employment tribunals involving protected disclosure and discrimination.
In addition, our solicitors routinely attend and support a number of our clients’ internal meetings including grievance and disciplinary hearings and are also able to assist with employee engagement activities to support retention and welfare in the workplace.
