Louise Easthope advises a wide range of organisations including government agencies, retail organisations, charities, franchises and educational establishments on all contentious and non-contentious employment issues.

Knowing that employment issues can be time-consuming and often frustrating, Louise considers wider operational issues and employee morale and takes a well-considered, tailored approach to each issue, offering a range of options and solutions to clients that enable them to make confident business decisions.

She frequently supports organisations in the recruitment, management and termination of employees, redundancies and restructures, the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) regulations (TUPE), dealing with discrimination claims and training HR professionals on employment law.

Louise is passionate about helping employers to recognise and best-address mental health and equality issues and has completed several qualifications to understand how mental health and equality can impact the workplace.

She provides employment law and HR support to an ever-growing number of education sector organisations, from local authority-maintained primary schools to multi-academy trusts and independent schools, in areas such as academy conversions, Burgundy Book and Green Book compliance and dealing with safeguarding issues.

Louise completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Birmingham and completed her Legal Practice Course at the Guildford College of Law.
