Emma Kirkham helps build and maintain the firm’s debt recovery client relationships, working with several leading UK brands across a wide range of industries.
Emma brings over 15 years of experience from the UK energy sector, where she developed a strong background in debt management and customer service. Most recently, as Debt Sale Delivery Lead, she played a key role in creating and executing debt sale strategies, managing daily operations, and improving collection outcomes. Her leadership in this position was instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and driving results.
Prior to this, Emma served in various roles, including Debt Sale Co-ordinator and Lead Advisor, where she provided operational support, compliance monitoring, and coaching to her teams. Her experience as a Customer Service Team Manager further solidified her skills in team leadership and customer relations.
