Niamh is an Employment Law Solicitor, based in our Leeds office.
She advises on a wide range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, including grievances, disciplinary issues, capability procedures, redundancies, and termination of employment.
She also prepares bespoke employment documentation, including contracts, handbooks, consultancy agreements, directors’ service agreements, and settlement agreements. Known for her client-focused approach, Niamh works closely with clients to provide practical, commercially minded advice and achieve favourable outcomes.

Niamh joined Flint Bishop in September 2025, having completed her training contract and qualified into the employment team at Lupton Fawcett.
Since joining, she has gained extensive experience supporting clients across various sectors, navigating complex employment issues, and advising on both routine and sensitive HR matters.
Niamh is also an active member of the Leeds Law Society Employment Committee, contributing to training, seminars, and networking opportunities for local legal professionals.
