Alia has a broad legal background across real estate, commercial property litigation, and housing law, gained at nationally recognised firms including Eversheds Sutherland and Gateley Legal.

She has managed substantial caseloads in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including contractual disputes, leasehold and enfranchisement claims, boundary disputes, valuation challenges, and other complex property-related issues, acting for both claimants and defendants in county court proceedings, tribunals, and high-volume client helplines, delivering high-quality advice tailored to client needs.

Alia has also assisted businesses with debt recovery, preparing letters before action, reviewing contract terms, and advising on credit control procedures. Her experience includes overseeing teams, delegating work appropriately, and contributing to training and development initiatives.
