Catherine joined Flint Bishop in September 2025 as a Senior Associate in our Commercial Property team based in our Leeds office.

Having qualified in 2014, she has extensive experience across all areas of transactional conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. Catherine is particularly experienced in probate and matrimonial sales, where sensitivity and efficiency are key, and she has also developed significant expertise in new build developments, acting for both developers and purchasers.

Known for her approachable and supportive manner, Catherine ensures that clients feel confident and well looked after throughout their transactions.

Catherine has advised a wide range of clients, from individuals and families navigating probate or matrimonial property matters, to developers and purchasers involved in new build projects.

She understands that property transactions can often be stressful and makes it a priority to build strong relationships with our clients from the outset. By keeping clients fully informed at each stage of the process, Catherine provides reassurance as well as clear, practical legal advice.
