Charlene joined Flint Bishop as a Partner in September 2025 as part of our Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts department.

Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2012, she has developed extensive experience in private client work. Charlene is known for her approachable, friendly manner and her dedication to understanding each client’s individual needs. She takes pride in guiding clients through sensitive matters with clarity and care, ensuring the best possible outcomes.

Charlene works closely with her clients, often at challenging times in their lives, and values building long-term, trusting relationships. She is committed to providing a service that is both professional and personal, offering reassurance and expert advice every step of the way.

Charlene began her career as a Private Client Solicitor and previously worked at Lupton Fawcett LLP, where she handled a broad range of private client matters.

She advises on will drafting, supports elderly and vulnerable clients and their families, and manages lasting powers of attorney for property, affairs, health, and welfare. She also works with enduring and general powers of attorney and administers estates following bereavement, whether or not the deceased left a will. In addition, Charlene provides tax planning advice, helping clients navigate complex financial and legal considerations.

Her work often involves supporting clients through emotionally difficult and sensitive circumstances, ensuring she focuses on understanding her clients’ needs, combined with her technical expertise, allows her to provide practical, compassionate guidance and achieve the best outcomes for those she supports.
