Georgia Bedford is a member of our Insurance Litigation team, based in Birmingham, where she supports clients across a broad range of contentious insurance matters.

As a training contract apprentice, Georgia works on personal injury, credit hire, and counter fraud claims, combining strong technical ability with a practical, client-focused approach.

Georgia is known for her collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering high standards of client service. She regularly supports colleagues across the team, contributes to client-facing initiatives, and approaches her work with professionalism and attention to detail.

Georgia has progressed rapidly since joining Flint Bishop, developing from handling portal personal injury claims to managing a wider and more complex caseload.

Her experience now includes credit hire matters and fraud instructions, reflecting both her growing technical capability and the trust placed in her by the team.

She has been actively involved in client-facing liability clinics, helping to discuss liability issues directly with clients and share practical insights to support their decision-making. Georgia has also worked on a number of counter fraud defences, including cases involving automatic number plate recognition evidence, further strengthening her experience in this area.

Alongside her casework, Georgia is recognised as a supportive and reliable team member, particularly when welcoming new colleagues and helping them navigate systems and ways of working. Her development to date, combined with her strong client focus and teamwork, provides a solid foundation as she progresses through her training contract.
