Ian Beardmore has been with Flint Bishop since 1992 and was instrumental in leading and growing our Commercial Property team, assembling a highly-experienced team of property solicitors and legal experts with a strong development focus.
Primarily acting for clients from the retail, leisure, industrial and residential property sectors, in addition to advising schools and charities, Ian specialises in site acquisitions and disposals, site assembly, joint ventures, options, funding arrangements and agreements.

Over the last 30 years, Ian has advised some of the country’s leading property and construction firms which include privately-owned contractors and developers, Bowmer + Kirkland who specialise in industrial, commercial and residential property development.
Through Ian’s leadership, our Commercial Property team has been fortunate enough to work on some of the largest and most exciting development projects throughout the UK, including the £100m development of a distribution centre and the £35m acquisition and development of a major mixed-use out-of-town retail scheme.
