Jessica Ryan-Dawkins is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property department, where she advises on a wide range of property transactions for both commercial and corporate clients.

She is valued for her proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and ability to navigate complex transactions efficiently. She is particularly skilled at building strong client relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver seamless support on both day-to-day matters and high-value projects.

Her blend of technical expertise and client-focused service ensures she plays a key role in helping businesses achieve their commercial property objectives while mitigating risk and ensuring long-term success.

Jessica joined Flint Bishop in 2021 as a Legal Assistant in the Commercial Property team and quickly progressed to managing her own caseload. She began her training contract in September 2023 and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2025.

Her work spans a variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, development transactions, finance arrangements, and residential sales for commercial clients. Jessica has also successfully led on several high-value matters, such as a £2.5 million commercial premises purchase, and has supported corporate transactions requiring extensive property due diligence.

In addition, Jessica has developed strong relationships with key clients, where her proactive and client-focused approach has resulted in repeat instructions and regular referrals. She has also provided corporate support on significant projects, advising on property aspects of transactions that have contributed to the successful outcomes of multi-million-pound deals.
