Olivia Scott is a Chartered Legal Executive, based in our Sheffield office, and part of our Residential Conveyancing department.

She supports clients across all aspects of residential property transactions, including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of equity, and purchase of freeholds. Olivia is committed to using her expertise and knowledge of conveyancing processes to deliver efficient, tailored support and ensure smooth transactions for clients.

Olivia is committed to continuously developing her skills and knowledge and is highly personable and approachable, building strong relationships with clients.

She works collaboratively with colleagues across the team, other departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless service and effective outcomes for all clients. She is also actively involved in improving the technological processes of residential property work.

Olivia joined Flint Bishop in September 2025, having previously worked at Lupton Fawcett for seven years as a conveyancing assistant.

She has completed her Level 3 Diploma in Law and Legal Skills and her Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice, and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive on 7 October 2025 (CILEX Fellow – FCILEX). She is regulated by the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

Her specialist areas of work include residential development, where she manages site set-ups and plot sales, and supporting charitable and ecclesiastical clients, drawing on extensive knowledge in this area of law.
