Paul has gained over 10 years of experience at an international insurance law firm defending organised fraud motor claims and handling operations and fraud rings consisting of just a handful of claims, to in excess of 100 claims.
He has secured numerous fraud and fundamental dishonesty findings that have led to recoverable costs awards, instigation of Police investigations and significant disruption to professional enablers.
Paul is experienced in all aspects of motor claims including indemnity and liability issues, credit hire and of course bodily injury. He is commercially minded yet makes novel arguments where appropriate.
He has personally handled and supervised numerous Operations with varying levels of complexity and with involvement from third parties such as the Solicitors Regulation Authority, Insurance Fraud Bureau, Insurance Fraud Enforcement Department, local Police and MedCo.
Paul completed a Degree in Criminology before completing a Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at The University of Law, Birmingham.
