Rachel McCurdy is a Trainee Solicitor within our Dispute Resolution department, supporting our Leeds based team members.

She supports fee earners in handling a range of commercial and contractual disputes, assisting with case preparation, legal research, and client correspondence. Rachel is known for her meticulous approach and dedication to providing efficient and thorough support, helping ensure clients receive clear and practical guidance throughout the dispute process.

Rachel joined Flint Bishop in September 2025, continuing her role within Dispute Resolution from Lupton Fawcett.

She graduated from the University of Hull in 2021 with a First Class Honours degree in Criminology with Law, with her dissertation published in the University’s academic journal. Rachel subsequently completed the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2022 and the Legal Practice Course in 2023 at Leeds Beckett University.
