He liaises closely with lenders, estate agents, and fellow legal professionals to provide seamless advice, proactive problem-solving, and clear guidance for clients navigating complex property matters.

Known for his organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to client care, Tom plays a key role in helping clients achieve their property goals with confidence and peace of mind. Tom brings over a decade of experience within the residential conveyancing sector, having developed expertise in case management, title investigations, contract drafting, and compliance procedures.

He has a proven track record in working closely with lenders, estate agents, and clients to deliver efficient and accurate property transactions.

Tom began his career as a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, progressing to manage his own caseload while completing both the CLC Level 4 and Level 6 Diplomas in Conveyancing Law and Practice. Alongside his professional legal experience, he also gained valuable skills in customer service, management, and operational responsibility during earlier roles in the hospitality sector.
