The Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 Schedule 3 sets out the mandatory conditions for a premises licence, including the requirement for everyone selling alcohol to have been authorised and to have received appropriate training. Paragraph 6 (2A) states that this training must be recorded, with the record available to produce for a Licensing Standards Officer on request.
Use this free downloadable document to keep a record of when your staff have been trained to sell alcohol. This will enable your business to remain compliant with the conditions of your premises licence.
