1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter of this competition is Flint Bishop Limited, a limited liability company registered in England and Wales with registration number 05991683 (“Flint Bishop”), with registered office at Pinnacle Building, 2 Prospect Place, Pride Park, Derby DE24 8HG.
2. Eligibility
2.1. This competition is open to all clients of Flint Bishop who leave a review for Flint Bishop on Trustpilot or Google.
2.2. Employees of Flint Bishop and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Requirements
3.1. To enter the competition, clients must leave a review for Flint Bishop on either Trustpilot or Google.
3.2. Entry into the competition is free: you do not have to pay or buy anything to participate in the competition.
3.3. Your first review counts as one entry into the monthly prize draw. Additional reviews won’t give you extra entries.
3.4 Flint Bishop is not responsible for entries that fail or are missed due to technical malfunctions or other faults, such as hardware or software problems, or network or server failures.
4. Prize
4.1. The prize for each monthly draw is a £50 Amazon eGift Voucher.
4.2. There will be one winner selected at random each month.
5. Draw Details
5.1. The monthly draw will take place on the first business day of each month.
5.2. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received in the previous calendar month.
6. Notification
6.1. The winner will be notified via email within five business days of the draw.
6.2. To meet Advertising Standards Authority requirements, Flint Bishop must provide information showing a valid award occurred. They will send the surname, county, and winning entries of major prize winners to anyone who emails marketing@flintbishop.co.uk.
7. Prize Delivery
7.1. The £50 Amazon eGift Voucher will be sent to the winner via email.
8. General Conditions
8.1. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8.2. Flint Bishop reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms and conditions, or to disqualify any entry into the competition, without notice.
8.3. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Flint Bishop.
8.4. Flint Bishop’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.5. These terms and conditions do not exclude or limit Flint Bishop’s liability (or that of their agents, distributors, or employees) for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other form of liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
8.6. These terms and conditions do not exclude or limit your legal rights as a consumer. For more information, contact your local Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Bureau.
8.7. If there is a conflict between clause 8.5 or clause 8.6 on the one hand, and any other clause of these terms and conditions, then clause 8.5 or clause 8.6 (whichever applies) will take precedence. All other parts of these terms and conditions will apply subject to this rule.

Flint Bishop does not represent, warrant, promise or make any commitment of any kind (and gives no assurances of any kind) that the prize will be of satisfactory quality or fit for any particular purpose, and Flint Bishop accepts no liability should the prize fall foul of this or any other standard implied by law.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and our privacy notice (accessible at https://flintbishop.co.uk/privacy-notice/).
10. Governing Law
10.1. This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
