Flint Bishop has welcomed Jay Hall as a Title Rectification Associate within its Finance Dispute Resolution department.

Jay is a highly experienced conveyancing and real estate fee earner with over 20 years’ experience handling complex title rectification and defective security matters. He joins from Gordons LLP, where he was a Senior Technical Conveyancer, managing high-value and technically complex conveyancing cases. Jay’s previous experience also includes time at Walker Morris LLP, supporting a broad range of clients including lenders, banks, and private individuals.

At Flint Bishop, Jay will manage a caseload of title rectification matters, support colleagues with defective security issues, and contribute to the training and supervision of junior team members, strengthening the firm’s offering for lender clients.

The firm is pleased to welcome Jay to the team and looks forward to the valuable expertise and insight he brings.
