Holly heads up our Human Resources team and is a member of the management board.
She is responsible for setting the HR strategy for the firm, including overseeing all recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
During a time of ambitious growth for the firm, our headcount has increased to 185 lawyers and support staff.
She has also been instrumental in the opening of our Birmingham office, which opened in January 2020. We also have further plans for office openings in other Midlands cities.
In 2019, the firm was awarded the prestigious Gold Accreditation by Investors in People until 2022.
Holly joined Flint Bishop in July 2018 from global hotel group, Marriott International.
