Holly Dixon joined Flint Bishop in July 2018, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her previous role at the global hotel group, Marriott International.

As the head of our Human Resources team and a member of the management board, Holly is responsible for shaping the firm’s HR strategy. Her role encompasses overseeing all aspects of recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives. She is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports the development and well-being of our team

Holly has played a pivotal role in the firm’s expansion, particularly in the successful launch of our Birmingham and Leeds offices. Her efforts have been crucial during a period of ambitious growth, contributing to a significant increase in the firm’s headcount, which now exceeds 300 lawyers and support staff.

Under Holly’s leadership, Flint Bishop has continued to prioritise employee development and satisfaction, maintaining the prestigious Gold Accreditation by Investors in People since 2019. This accolade reflects the firm’s commitment to high standards in people management and demonstrates our dedication to creating a workplace where employees can thrive.
