• Security and refinancing in relation to acquisitions or refinancing on behalf of private individuals (corporate security or guarantees) and limited companies.
• Property development acting for regional developers in relation to site exploration, identification, acquisition, and establishment together with transfers of part applicable to unit disposals.
• Acting for landlords (individual, corporate, or local authority) in relation to registered and unregistered retail, leisure, agricultural, education, industrial and office premises leases; and tenants on the acquisition of both registered and non-registered leases or tenancy interests.
