Jessy Ram is a qualified employment solicitor who is known for her meticulous attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and deep understanding of employment law.
Her expertise spans a wide range of employment law services including assisting employers in the drafting and review of employment contracts, providing employment law and HR advice and engaging in employment tribunal litigation. Fluent in English, Tamil and Sinhala, Jessy is able to provide services for a diverse range of clients.
Following completion of her Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Legal Practice Course, and a Master of Laws from Nottingham Trent University, Jessy’s professional career began with a series of legal intern and junior paralegal roles within firms across the UK and Sri Lanka.
She secured a training contract with a specialist employment law firm in Worcester and qualified as a Solicitor, specialising in employment law in June 2023.
