Challenge 21 is a policy that is generally practised by on-trade licensed businesses such as pubs, restaurants, hotels, and any other company that sells alcohol to be consumed on the premises.
To reduce strain on your staff and decrease the risk of breaking the law, displaying Challenge 21 signage can help discourage underage patrons from attempting to buy alcoholic beverages. You can position this behind the bar, at the entrance, or anywhere else you feel it will have the desired effect.
