Altrad, a global leader in the provision of industrial services, has completed the share purchase of Provincial Safety Services, an industrial safety equipment supplier based in Oldbury, West Midlands.

Headquartered in France, Altrad provides high-value-added solutions in more than 50 countries, primarily serving the Oil & Gas, Energy, Power Generation, Process, Environment, and Construction sectors.

With 120 subsidiaries operating across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific, the Group employs nearly 52,000 people worldwide and generates a turnover of €5.3 billion.

Legal advice for Altrad was led by Martyn Brierley, Partner and Head of Corporate and Finance at Flint Bishop, with support from George Ottewell. Janet Rhodes, Head of Commercial Property at Flint Bishop, provided support on real estate matters.

David Nelson, Senior Partner at PKF Smith Cooper, led the financial and tax due diligence, with support from Deniss Sipovics.
