Flint Bishop are pleased to have acted for Sheffield-based Banner Plant Limited, a subsidiary of Henry Boot Plc, on its acquisition of Premier Plant and Tool Hire Limited.
Banner Plant Limited have acquired Premier Plant and Tool Hire Limited, which operates from two depots in Leicester and is one of the largest independent plant and tool hire companies in the East Midlands.
Premier Plant and Tool Hire Limited’s previous owner, Rob Hughes, will be remaining at the helm in his new role as General Manager Leicester.
