We are pleased to have acted for Sheffield-based Banner Plant Limited, a subsidiary of Henry Boot PLC, on its acquisition of Premier Plant and Tool Hire Limited.

Deal
Banner Plant Limited has acquired Premier Plant and Tool Hire Limited, which operates from two depots in Leicester and is one of the largest independent plant and tool hire companies in the East Midlands. Managing Director, Giles Boot, commented on the business acquisition:
