Established in 2010, the Family Law Awards celebrate the successes and achievements of family lawyers throughout England and Wales. Over 500 people from across the family law community, including solicitors, the Bar and the public sector, will be attending the highly prestigious awards ceremony.

Shortlisted firms were selected by a judging panel including the Chair of the Bar, President of the Law Society and Baroness Helena Kennedy QC.

Our nomination is in recognition of another successful 12 months for the team, which has developed an enviable reputation for representing high-net-worth individuals in technically complex cases, both relating to finances and arrangements for children.

Recent successful cases have included preparing pre and post-nuptial agreements involving assets of over £5m, protecting inherited assets and acting for company directors with assets of over £8m. Several cases also involved international elements with clients, or their assets, being based in countries such as China, Hong Kong and Dubai.

Commenting on the nomination, Kirpal Bidmead, Partner & Head of Family & Matrimonial, said: “I am really proud of my team and the recognition we have received by being nominated for Family Law Firm of the Year. We work hard to protect our clients and achieve the best possible outcome for them.”

The winners will be announced at a ceremony on Wednesday 27 November at The Ballroom South Bank in London.
