Flint Bishop is pleased to announce that Damian Harrison has joined the firm as an Associate in its Finance Dispute Resolution department.

Damian brings over 20 years’ experience in debt recovery and litigation, having held senior roles at Schofield Sweeney and Lupton Fawcett, where he gained extensive experience in secured and unsecured debt recovery, property possession proceedings, insolvency matters, and client relationship management.

At Flint Bishop, Damian will deal with residential property repossession matters on behalf of lender clients, providing strategic guidance to clients while also mentoring and supporting junior colleagues. His expertise and skills will strengthen the firm’s Finance Dispute Resolution offering and enhance service delivery for its clients.

Damian’s appointment aligns closely with Flint Bishop’s upcoming acquisition of Lupton Fawcett, which is set to expand the firm’s reach across Leeds, Sheffield, and York, further reinforcing its position as a leading provider of specialist legal services in the region.
