Notoriously known for her organisation skills and her eye for detail, Anna ensures that each case is approached in a methodical and coordinated manner.
Anna’s profound knowledge and understanding of the sensitivity required in dealing with catastrophic injury matters enables her to easily adapt her client care to individual cases, whilst her responsive approach ensures that all parties’ frames of mind are taken into consideration at what can be an extremely traumatic time. These skills apply to the litigation arena with great effect, as many of our insured clients have no experience of the unfamiliar territory of litigation and court proceedings.

Anna began her legal career in 2004 as an administration assistant before working her way through the ranks. Anna took her own caseload of fraud files, ultimately, spending a decade working within the organised fraud arena before turning her focus to catastrophic and large loss injury claims, before then returning to insurance fraud in summer 2021.
To date, Anna’s expertise has saved millions of pounds for various insurer clients and has contributed to the criminal conviction of several individuals.
In addition to her fee-earning work, she also provides training sessions for insurer clients in respect of fundamental dishonesty and presents case clinics for clients as required.
