Karen Walker joined Flint Bishop as our new Chief Operating Officer (COO) in May 2024 and is responsible for aligning the firm’s ambitious strategy of growth, staff development and service delivery, with a particular focus on transformation and change.
Having previously held positions including Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Operations Offices and Change Director at national UK law firms, Karen’s career is marked by several transformative achievements, where she has led various strategic initiatives encompassing corporate restructures, IT transformations, operational overhauls, and oversight of M&A projects.
Karen also has extensive experience in full restructuring and redesigning of team profiles and operating models, implementing new IT systems, establishing new operating processes, introducing new client management approaches, governance and performance metrics, engaging and executing M&A activity, marketing and rebranding strategies, and overseeing compliance and training projects – all aimed at achieving sustainable and profitable growth.
