Before specialising in employment law, Manaz served as the Recoveries Manager in our Insurance Litigation department, where she played a significant role in streamlining processes within the Recoveries team.
Her efforts ensured the efficient implementation of client strategies, providing her with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in managing complex legal matters.
Within the field of employment law, Manaz provides expert guidance to employers on a wide range of issues, including drafting and updating client policies, developing comprehensive employee handbooks, and negotiating settlement agreements.
One particular area where Manaz excels is in negotiating settlement agreements. She has successfully handled numerous individual settlement agreements and has also been involved in mass settlement agreements, where she has represented employers in resolving large-scale employment disputes. Her expertise in this area ensures that our clients receive practical solutions that align with their business objectives.
In addition to her work with employers, Manaz has also gained experience in claimant work. She has assisted individuals in understanding their rights and pursuing claims related to employment matters.
