During his tenure at Flint Bishop, Raza has collaborated with the Insurance Defendant team and the Large Loss team, gaining valuable insights into case assessments from a defendant’s perspective.

He has spearheaded the default judgment and enforcement project, working closely with the Debt Recovery team and enforcement agencies to enhance recovery processes. Raza’s proactive approach is evident in his initiative to ensure team compliance with key dates and SLA deadlines.

He has contributed significantly to the firm’s knowledge base and conducts weekly research and case reviews in areas such as Commercial Contracts and Corporate Law. Leading meetings with enforcement agencies, Raza discussed strategies for recovering judgments against debtors, showcasing his ability to handle complex projects and drive results.
