Rob Jones predominantly acts for insurance companies and self-insured organisations.

His attention to detail, technical knowledge and negotiating and investigative skills have been an integral part of his many successes over the years.

Rob’s experience extends across aspects of personal injury litigation, including employers’ liability, occupiers’ liability, public liability and road traffic accident claims.

He has been the main defendant litigator for the Land Registry for many years, having achieved numerous high-profile successes on their behalf.

A significant work highlight includes defeating five upper-limb disorder claims in a test case, resulting in the prevention of a further 40 claims from being bought against the Land Registry.

Rob also has considerable experience in dealing with claims relating to mesothelioma. One particularly notable case resulted in him successfully defending a large asbestos claim at trial, saving in excess of £500,000 in damages and costs.
