Our approach is always collaborative, working in partnership with our Financial Services Regulatory and Restructuring & Insolvency colleagues. This collaboration helps ensure we manage dispute resolution risk and prevent disputes in primarily non-contentious matters. Our joined-up approach allows us to offer the most appropriate advice to our clients and increases the chances of a successful outcome.
