Flint Bishop’s Corporate & Finance team, led by Partner Mark Wilcock, was delighted to advise the shareholders of Oaklands Support Limited on its sale to Swanton Care. Flint Bishop worked alongside Bates Weston, who provided accounting and corporate finance advice to the sellers.

Swanton Care, backed by London-based Apposite Capital, is a provider of residential care and supported living services in England, Wales and Scotland for adults and children with complex learning disabilities, mental health disorders and acquired brain injuries.

Established in 2019, Oaklands Support has built a strong reputation in Derbyshire for its dedication to quality care and currently supports over 50 individuals. The addition of Oaklands Support further strengthens Swanton’s position as a as a leading care provider in the UK.
