We are pleased to announce that Natalie Lloyd-Nash has been promoted to Senior Associate within the Debt Services team.

This promotion is a well-deserved recognition of her impressive career journey with the firm, which began in 2014 when she joined as a Legal Assistant in the Dispute Resolution department.

Since her promotion to Debt Recovery Manager in 2015 and subsequently to Associate in 2021, Natalie has made substantial contributions to the firm, managing key relationships with high-profile clients. Her unwavering commitment to excellence has earned her recognition as a ‘Rising Star’ by The Legal 500 for four consecutive years, culminating in her recent accolade as a ‘Leading Associate’, underscoring her dedication and passion for her work.

In her new role, Natalie will continue to manage client relationships while overseeing the daily operations of the Legal & Specialist Recoveries team. She remains committed to team development and will build on the initiatives she has previously implemented, including internal training programmes designed to enhance call quality and support the growth of file handlers.

Her leadership style has earned admiration from her colleagues, who have noted, “Not only is Nat a wonderful manager to work for, but she is also a huge support structure” within the department. This sentiment reflects the positive influence she has on all team members.

Please join us in congratulating Natalie on this significant achievement. We look forward to her continued contributions and leadership as she takes on this new role.
