Flint Bishop is delighted to announce the promotion of Joseph Weston to Associate within its Employment team, effective from 1 July 2026.
The promotion marks an important milestone for the department, further strengthening its depth of expertise and reflecting the continued growth of the team and its client offering.
Based in the firm’s Derby office, Joe has been a valued member of the Employment team throughout his time with Flint Bishop. Having initially joined the firm as a Solicitor in June 2024 before returning in March 2025, he has established himself as a trusted adviser to clients and a respected colleague within the wider business.
Joe’s promotion recognises the significant contribution he has made to the team, the strong relationships he has built with clients and colleagues, and the consistently high standard of service he delivers. Alongside his employment law practice, he has also worked closely with the Corporate and Finance team, supporting clients on the employment aspects of business acquisitions and transactions.
His promotion to Associate further enhances the firm’s Employment offering and reflects our continued investment in developing talent and supporting career progression across the business.
