Indemnity and policy coverage disputes are a fundamental element of insurance law and require a close working relationship between insurers and specialists.

Motor indemnity
We carry out thorough investigations of indemnity issues from the outset of a claim, which often lead to favourable results and significant savings for our insurer and self-insured clients.
Additionally, we also advise on all technical aspects of indemnity and, where appropriate, prepare cases for the client to present to the Motor Insurers’ Bureau Technical Committee.
Motor indemnity
Working with global insurers, such as Haven Insurance, our Insurance Litigation team is regularly instructed to advise on indemnity and have substantial experience of securing Section 152 declarations and reducing the insurer’s status.
