We are congratulating 11 individuals’ promotions across the business, following a successful application process which started earlier in the year.

Following a process to develop our employees, we have promoted three solicitors to become partners, six solicitors to become associates and two associates to become senior associates due to the quality of the candidates who participated.
The participants undertook a number of activities, such as inspirational leadership, finance, marketing, client care and management sessions. The University of Derby also provided candidates with mentoring and advice clinics.
Andrew Cochrane, who led the development programme, commented on its success:
“I’m delighted for each of the applicants’ success from this development programme. They all showed Ian Beardmore, Qamer Ghafoor and I their continued commitment and passion to the firm. Everyone who applied performed excellently throughout our application process and I am thankful for the support of local businesses for their support throughout this journey.”
