Flint Bishop have strengthened our Sheffield and Leeds offices with the appointment of three legal professionals across financial dispute resolution, dispute management and private client services, supporting continued growth across the North.

We are pleased to announced the appointment of three legal professionals across our Sheffield and Leeds offices, as part of the continued development of our private client and dispute resolution teams.
The appointments, effective from today, further strengthen our capabilities across Financial Dispute Resolution, Dispute Management and Private Client services, supporting continued growth across the Northern region.
In Leeds, we welcome Oksana Hudson as a Partner in our Financial Dispute Resolution team, alongside Jessica Bennett, who joins us as an Associate within our Dispute Management team.
Oksana brings over 11 years’ post-qualification experience in financial services litigation and dispute resolution. Her background includes advising financial institutions on a broad range of matters involving regulatory issues, fraud and anti-money laundering, as well as wider commercial disputes. She also has experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to client training and development initiatives.
Jessica Bennett joins us as an Associate in our Dispute Management team. She is a commercial litigator and Solicitor Advocate with experience gained across both private practice and in-house roles. Her work has included commercial and employment-related disputes, with a focus on delivering practical and effective resolution in complex matters. She also brings experience in advocacy alongside advisory work.
We have also welcomed Daniel Haslam to our Sheffield office as a Solicitor within our Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts team. Since qualifying in 2022, Daniel has worked across a wide range of private client matters, including estate planning, probate administration and inheritance tax. He has managed a varied caseload and has experience supporting clients through sensitive and complex personal matters.
