Flint Bishop accelerates northern expansion with new state-of-the-art Sheffield hub

Following a period of extraordinary national growth, we have officially solidified our regional presence by establishing prime, city-centre, state-of-the-art Grade A offices at 1 Holly Street in Sheffield, marking a major milestone in the firm’s aggressive expansion strategy across the North of England.

The move follows a period of record-breaking financial growth, with the firm surpassing a landmark £43 million in revenue for year ending 30 April 2026, effectively doubling our overall size in just two years. This momentum has continued into the new financial year, with the firm delivering a record first-quarter 2026/27 performance, representing 31% growth compared with Q1 of the previous year.

The new office, officially opened on 10 August 2026, represents a broader strategic investment programme focused on people, office space and technology to support the firm’s significant growth. Situated adjacent to Sheffield City Hall and Tudor Square, the premium workspace has been designed to enhance both the colleague and client experience.

The office provides more than 70 workstations, high-tech meeting facilities, contemporary collaboration and breakout areas, dedicated training and event space, and modern amenities that support flexible working, innovation and employee wellbeing.

The acquisition of Lupton Fawcett, together with a number of strategic lateral hires across the firm and the subsequent office opening, has coincided with major infrastructural upgrades.

Chief Executive Qamer Ghafoor has championed significant corporate investment in technology, IT systems and advanced legal innovation to ensure that the Sheffield workforce remains seamlessly integrated with our national hubs.
