We are pleased to announce the appointment of Becky Barham as our new Head of Compliance.

Becky brings with her a wealth of experience having held several senior risk and compliance roles in the legal sector since 2009, including Head of Risk and Compliance at Taylor Rose Law and Buckles Solicitors LLP and most recently Risk and Compliance Manager at national law firm Browne Jacobson.

She has extensive knowledge in areas including legal regulation, risk management, quality assurance, anti-money laundering, data protection, information security, internal audits, and health and safety. Her experience includes advising on ISO 27001, ISO 9001, Lexcel, and CQS certifications, change management, project management, implementing compliance, risk, and governance frameworks, and devising quality and information security policies and procedures.

Becky has played an instrumental role in the development of risk and compliance strategies across numerous businesses and is experienced in implementing new risk and compliance frameworks, systems, and teams. She is also experienced in working for businesses with an ambitious growth strategy and has led on many successful acquisitions, including for Taylor Rose Law.
