Nigel Partridge is a highly sought after large loss solicitor having gained extensive experience in previous partner roles at national operations, including Lyons Davidson, Morris Orman Hearle, Plexus Law and Shakespeare’s.

His in-depth knowledge of the European motor insurance sector, and his reputation as an effective, highly technical insurance litigator, make him a recognised and trusted ‘heavyweight’ in this legal arena.

Since joining the firm in January 2020, Nigel has worked closely with Head of Insurance Litigation Anthony Carrington in establishing a presence for the firm’s defendant personal injury offering in Birmingham and further afield.

The next few months will see Nigel initially concentrate on developing the Large Loss team, with longer-term plans being rolled out beyond that timeframe.

In addition, Nigel will continue to strengthen his working relationship with key clients, managing a caseload of technically complex, high-value motor, and casualty claims, including cases with injuries of the utmost severity, such as spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries; chronic pain; and psychiatric disorders.

Chief Executive Qamer Ghafoor said: “Nigel is a highly respected and valued member of the firm. I wish him all the very best in his new role, and for his future with Flint Bishop.
