We are delighted to announce that Scott Gregory has been promoted to Head of Recruitment for Flint Bishop.

Scott joined the firm as Senior Recruiter in July 2021 and was quickly promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager in April 2022. As well as bringing energy and insight to the role, his previous experience in both recruitment and business development has allowed us to further drive hiring strategies in-house and strengthen the team with the appointment of Sadie Cunningham and Natalie Riddell as in-house recruiters.

During the past 18 months, Scott has led the Recruitment team to deliver highly effective recruitment strategies resulting in many notable successes, including significant increases in total hires and candidate engagement, with reduced external costs and time-to-hire.

Chief Executive Qamer Ghafoor said: “In light of achieved and anticipated growth across the firm, this is a critical and very well-deserved appointment. Scott has worked incredibly hard and has brought a huge amount of passion to his roles within the firm.

“Scott will continue to work alongside Head of Human Resources Holly Dixon and her team to ensure our people strategy is aligned and strengthened in the coming months.”

Scott is available to answer any questions about career opportunities at Flint Bishop. You can view all our current job vacancies on our Careers page or contact our Internal Recruitment team on 01332 226 481.
